The Start

I've come to realize I need to work harder to get back into good physical form.  Its not just running. And its not just crossfit.  Its food.  So I've decided to eat as paleo as possible and document it all here, starting tomorrow ( 11 May 11)  I want to feel sexy again.  I want to be OK being naked in front of, not just my husband, my mirror.  I want to wear a size 6.  

So here is my visualization: 
 I will run 7 miles a week. 
 I will do 100 squats or lunges before every run.
 I will also do 100 push ups before every run. 
 I will do 2 crossfit workout a week. 
 I will lose 10 lbs this month. 
 I will eat mostly paleo.  And any time I decide to not eat something paleo, I will do 10 burpees.  No more diet coke, except on rare occasions.
